William Ulrich

William Ulrich of TSG, INC, is a strategic planning consultant. He has written several books, published hundreds of articles and papers, and has worked with numerous large corporations and government agencies. William participates in various industry events and is a featured speaker at many of these events. William  latest book is titled Business Architecture: the Art and Practice of Business Transformation. William is Partner and Cofounder of Business Architecture Associates and Cutter Consortium Fellow. William serves on the Board of Directors, Editorial Board and is President of the Business Architecture Guild.

Jim Rhyne

Jim Rhyne is the owner and founder of Software Renovation Consulting (SRC), a consulting firm specializing in conceptual information modeling and business-led transformation of core application systems. Prior to founding SRC, Jim was a Di stinguished Engineer and chief architect for the IBM Worldwide Banking Center of Excellence where he created a transformation framework for core banking systems and consulted with major banks in the US, Europe, Australia and China. Jim has many years of architectural experience including strategic architecture responsibilities for CICS and mainframe application development tools.  He was one of the founding architects for Websphere and contributed to the J2EE and Java standards. Jim has a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin. He holds a number of patents and has published papers on User Interface Technologies, Conceptual Modeling, and Software Analysis. He has advised hundreds of large businesses on IT transformation projects and technology selection. Jim serves on the Board of Directors of the Business Architecture Guild.

Mike Rosen

Mike Rosen is Reseach Vice President at International Data Corporation (IDC). As leader of the Strategic  Architecture Practice he helps business and IT executives utilize architecture as a key tool for business and digital transformation. For the past 15 years, he was Chief Scientist at Wilton Consulting Group, which specializes in architectural consulting. Mike's 35+ year career has spanned startups, CTO roles, chief architect, and product architect for enterprise solutions, industry leading middleware products, software development, and hardware design. Mike has been a frequent speaker for conferences in more than a dozen countries. He is the author of hundreds of articles and several books including Applied SOA: Service-Oriented Architecture and Design Strategies, and Developing E-BusinessSystems and Architectures: A Manager's Guide. Mike serves on the Board of Directors and is Vice-President of the Business Architecture Guild.

Whynde Kuehn

Whynde Kuehn (formerly Melaragno) is Principal at S2E Consulting Inc, a consulting firm accelerating successful business transformations. She is a long-time business architecture practitioner, Business Architecture Practice leader, and played a key role in the largest business architecture-led transformation in the world. She has also developed and taught comprehensive, large-scale business architecture training programs for clients and the public. Based on her experience, Whynde’s area of expertise is building and maturing business architecture practices. As a result of her passion for social and environmental change, she has also founded Metanoia Global Inc which helps social entrepreneurs to start, scale and sustain successful businesses. Whynde serves on the Board of Directors and Editorial Board of the Business Architecture Guild.

Stephen Marshall

Stephena certified Business Architect and Senior Management Consultant with IBM Global Business Services working with major organizations around the world to unravel the complexity and uncertainty that surrounds the current business environment, and to identify the specific capabilities and change initiatives needed to translate high-level strategy into clearly defined outcomes along with an actionable transformation program.

He is currently responsible for IBM's Global C-suite Study program in the Asia-Pacific region. This is the world's largest face-to-face study of C-level executives and how they work together to combat the major challenges facing their industries, including digital disruption and industry convergence. He  combines a strong technical background with extensive experience in business consulting to help organisations visualise, articulate and communicate their desired business model for the future. Ivan Blinov

Ivan Blinov is Business Architect at BMASTER Inc., a consulting practice provides a consulting service for Business and IT transformation programs. Ivan is Certified Business Architect with Business and IT architecture transformation experience; Ivan holds Master degree in Business Administration and Computer Science; He has 20+ years’ experience in IT industry and supporting Enterprise Architecture.

Frank Millar

After years of success as a senior program manager, Frank Millar founded Groupware Productivity Solutions in 1994. GPS emphasized collaboration consulting and went on to successfully provide services to many companies across several sectors including healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, public utilities, defense, and others. During this period in a "Fortune 50" environment, he architected extraordinarily successful application suites through multiple life-cycles and consulted with Fortune 50 executives on significant strategic initiatives. In 2005, with the blossoming of the merger of Services Oriented Architecture and Business Processes Management, GPS was reorganized into Millar Consultants, LLC with an expanded mission to build on lessons-learned and strategically leverage IT for enterprises.

She is a certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 4.0 SPC, as well as a member of the Guild Requirements Team. She has been a programmer, business analyst, and project manager with over 15 years experience at other companies prior to joining FedEx.
